I took my very precious 100% wool duvet to be dry cleaned. I spilled coffee all over the cover and it soaked through.
It’s spotless, I cannot find any trace of stain.
I’m so pleased with the result. It also was returned in the zippered bag I bought the duvet in and brought it to the cleaners in. Excellent.
It did cost a bit more being wool that was dry clean only, compared to down, but not by much and worth it – had I attempted to wet wash it I would have ruined it . I was made aware of the cost when dropping it off and paid exactly that when picking up. Cool.
The staff member (I think it’s the owner?) was also very friendly, personable, and renembered/addressed me by my name. I really appreciate this.
I will use this great local business again and suggest it to others who need a good dry cleaners!
